These Corning OFT-001 Blades come in a set of 4 per package and are the replacement blades for the OFT-000 Optical Fiber Mid-Span Access Tool.  The Corning OFT-001 blades along with the OFT-000 Optical Fiber Mid-Span Access Tool are used to carefully and safely slit a buffer tube, exposing the fiber optic fibers inside without damaging any of the fiber optic fibers.
